    "content": "These people are suffering intentionally because of the failure by the Government to settle them. They have suffered so much; their eviction has never been timely. To make matters worse, there is not proper structure. Even in the Mau and Nandi regions, the Government has stretched its hand. It has been building dispensaries and schools. Whenever eviction takes place, Government resources go to waste."
