    "content": "Personally, I feel that even the law has to be in line with that morality because in this country we had a very long history of misapplication of public funds, which is why all these laws are in. That is why even the Office of the CoB has been created, so as to streamline all these processes. If we follow the law half way by misapplying the money once we get it, then that law needs to be checked."
