    "content": "The failure to account for the public resources is a gross violation of the Constitution because it hampers the process of oversight. When I read the observation by the Committee that it finds that allegation was unsubstantiated, I thought the trap I had laid went scot free. The next one is lack of accountability in the management of the county resources. Again, the Committee again finds that the allegation unsubstantiated."
