    "content": "The point I am trying to make is that the Senate is here guided by principles of law and the desire to protect devolution. Whether we vote to impeach the Governor or not, it will still be within our responsibility in defending and protecting devolution. When governors are brought here, it is assumed that especially those of us who do not come from those counties, will rise above our personal parochial interests and look at the evidence, facts and state of devolution and come to a conclusion that protects the integrity of the Senate, but also fosters the growth and development of the law and devolution."
