    "content": " On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Standing Order No.53 on Personal Statements is very clear. I think this has also been breached by Sen. Cherargei because it is supposed to be a personal matter and not necessarily to bring in a wide issue of political nature. The Standing Order also says that “such matter may not be debated”. I do not understand how, after it has been raised, it can be debated."
