We do not have much time to speak about it, but I wish to make some corrections on the Mover of this Statement because the Mover seems to say that Kenya is silent on the matter, and that also the Government might be biased on the matter, which I think is misplaced. I should say that this is a very complex matter that the Kenya Government has an official position. It is a matter which comes up in the UN so often, it comes up in the AU and it comes up in our official position. If we are already members of the UN Security Council, we need to find out what our position is. Our Government has already spoken and I want to use this opportunity to say a few things which our permanent representative has said clearly officially that Kenya has consistently supported diplomatic negotiations conducted in an environment"
