In fact, those who have been talking about International Criminal Court (ICC) in relation to this Bill are trivialising the issue of protecting witnesses. There are many more criminal activities that require protection much more than the post-election violence. We are talking of human trafficking, child trafficking, sexual violence, and drug gangs – drug warlords, who will make it impossible for anybody to volunteer to testify."
