    "content": "abused for the benefit of the officials whose names have been passed even by this Parliament. It is not the first time that we pass a name in this Parliament. These people go and hold offices and the first thing they do is to employ their relatives. This is an independent body and it is not subject to scrutiny. Things are not being done in the ordinary manner, but these people just abuse the protection that this Act will give them. So, we must find a mechanism within this Act to prevent abuse."
