    "content": "judges has the net effect of lowering the dignity of the court. That is the reason there are appellate courts in a judicial system. That was a statement and I am proud of this lady. Our colleague here, Hon. Millie, knows that this lady did marvelous work when she was at FIDA. At one point, she was the Chairperson of FIDA. At that time, when us men were jittery when we heard the word “FIDA”, she did not do things against us. Instead, she was very fair. I believe in Justice Martha Koome we have a safe pair of hands that will take Kenya to the next level. Thank you."
