    "content": "As I conclude, I also want to express my frustrations in the manner in which the police have continued to maintain lawlessness and disorderliness in the recent by-elections. I have seen a press statement by the Chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) saying that a certain governor entered a tallying center with goons to beat up IEBC officers. This is something we should not accept as a country. When it comes to certain people breaking the law, the police will say that someone will have to raise a complaint and record a statement for them to move in and arrest people."
