    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. From the very outset I want to regret that the Hon. Chair of the Committee on Delegated Legislation has not convinced me to support this Motion. I say so because I am aware that Kenya Airways gets a lot of money from the Government. Kenya Airways is not even audited by the Auditor General. He has not told us whether Kenyans are going to pay less amounts of money in tickets if we exempt Kenya Airways from paying taxes. We have continued to support Kenya Airways and it seems not to be doing very well. Let it wind up if it cannot do very well. This House is the people’s watchman; we are not the Government’s watchman. We must continue to ensure…."
