Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 9 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the proposed section 80A by deleting the words “to a Chief Magistrate or” appearing in subsection (1); (b) in the proposed section 80B, by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (1)— (1A) A person who conceals or fails to disclose information that is relevant in investigation, prosecution of another person for an offence committed under this Act, commits an offence.”"
