    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I just want to pick it up from where I left. I support this Bill. This is a very important Bill. Previously, we were having various Government entities struggling on how to mitigate against the very many issues that would come as a result of the projects that were being undertaken jointly by Government and private entities. Therefore, this Bill seeks to streamline and provide proper direction and guidelines specifically on the specific roles and the amount of money that each of the various entities will be putting in a particular project to avoid misuse or loss of public funds in so far as this matter is concerned."
