    "content": "asked the Attorney-General:- (a) whether he could inform the House the criteria that is used in appointing receivers and if he could provide a list of companies placed under receivership since 1986, and indicate which ones have recovered and are making profits; (b) how much money the Government has lost through companies that have closed down after being placed under receivership over the same period; and, (c) whether he can confirm or deny that there are receiver managers who upon appointment, have ended up starting businesses similar in nature with the companies they were appointed to rescue, and if so, what steps the Ministry is taking to ensure receiver managers help such companies to recover."
