    "content": "In the Standing Orders, although the Report of the Senate Committee on Labour and Social Protection is not a resolution of the Senate, we have a report where the governor of Nakuru refused to attend the Committee that was investigating this issue. The Chairman cannot say: “If it is apparent or if it is proved or if the facts are brought” because that fact has been confirmed not only by the Petitioners but by Senators, including myself who witnessed and listened to those children who had been dumped in the forest."
