    "content": "Within the boundaries of respect of right of others, space ought to be opened and guaranteed by this Constitution to the market place of ideas and people should be free to embrace the faith of their choice. We are trying to argue for the need to accept that there has to be public conversation, public discourse for our people to come to terms with the fact that this is a democracy and that anything that comes to the Constitution is open to public debate and interrogation. To deny people the right to change their faith and not guarantee that right in the Constitution is the most undemocratic thing imaginable. Let us leave religion to the market place of ideas. Let religions go out there, and put their case across. It should not be rejected or denied. Those who have faith have their right, and those who have no faith too have their right. I beg to move and request Mr. Kioni to second this Motion."
