    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, conferment of a city comes with responsibility. To whom more is given, much more is expected. If Nakuru gets city status, it becomes our fourth city in the country. I can already see my close neighbours, Eldoret, describing themselves as a city before we confer them the status. In today’s newspapers, it was written that the Eldoret City Marathon is coming up. I believe that in another 10 years, Bungoma should be on the Floor of this House seeking to become a city."
