Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. has explained the factors of the issues surrounding the dumping of the street children which is a fact. What the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare recommended was that--- The assertion was that they did it to gain the status. Until the county government demonstrates the efforts it is making to resolve this, which is criminal, until they show the efforts they are making to do this, I urge that this process be suspended."
