    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is a point of information and Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. has agreed to be informed. I am informing the House that what the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare recommended--- ( (technical hitch). We are still following up, so the process should be paused until the Governor and the county can demonstrate that they are resolving the matter. They have not demonstrated it and the other Committee has ignored another Committee of the Senate. Until the Governor comes and demonstrates the efforts, they are making towards addressing the plight of street children."
