I hope the Committee that this Petition will be referred to will be able to give us those facts. On the issue of staff, it is very unfortunate and sad that even in Nandi County, we have a similar situation where the Ministry of Health rejected 21 staff that were hired because they were unqualified. It looks like counties are basing their hiring on nepotism and corrupt practices like non-qualification."
