    "content": "We also agreed that the Senate Liaison Committee and the liaison committee of the CoG need to meet more regularly so that the various committee chairpersons are able to share experiences. We also agreed that the Senate and the CoG would ensure that there will be candid and robust discussions pre-budget, to ensure that the Division of Revenue Act (DORA) and the County Allocation of Revenue Act (CARA) reflect the wishes and aspirations of the county governments.
