    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, incidentally, I want to support this amendment and say that it is not only old men that marry young girls; what we know in Kenya is that child marriages exist. It is something that, as Kenyans, we would not want to continue. So, if we have it in the Constitution, I think this will protect our young children who are married off at an age when they really need to be going to school. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I support."
