    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, various recommendations are given and I had mentioned that earlier in terms of compensation if it is an injury from a wildlife. However, if compensation is towards damage of crops, livestock and other property, then consideration will be made and some sort of compensation will be given. That is very critical. I think what this is bringing in is the element of the timeframe. We also have to be very clear that “within 12 months” does not mean at 12 months. The sooner the better should be the mantra of this Bill. If it can be one month after the injury, it will be better but at least, it should be provided for within 12 months. At clause 3, which is very critical, a new paragraph is added which is;"
