    "content": "The other thing is the wildlife compensation scheme. It has been indicated there that we need to be efficient and prompt with the compensation. I do not know how Sen. Mwaruma can develop this but we need to have a reporting mechanism that will help us know the number of people who have died in a particular area. We should know the people who have died of snake bites in Makueni County and the money that they were paid as compensation. We should also state whether the reporting mechanism will be devolved to the counties or not."
