    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I stand to support this Motion, because for one it will reduce the instances of cattle rustling in some communities in this country. You will find that the youth, who do not have money to pay dowry have to raid communities so that they can acquire cattle and marry. This is because the elders in those communities, who have got all the property, keep on marrying young girls because they have cows. This amendment will also help the girl-child in these communities to focus on education, instead of being married off early. I support."
