Kajwang’, who was the Chair of the County Public Accounts and Investments Committee (CPAIC), but there is a terminology that he has used and I am wondering whether it is in order. I would like you to rule him out of order for saying that Governor Awiti should eat the rest of the money. Can he substantiate that? I like the idea of reserving a certain amount of money for the hospital, but the idea of eating the rest of the money may send a wrong message from this honourable House."
