    "content": "I am not making a threat, but I am telling the National Treasury that, if we do not get the funds before Thursday, the Budget Speech will not continue from this Floor. It is not fair to discuss the Budget of the next Financial Year, yet we have not done much for the one of the current Financial Year. It is a big shame for Members of this House to even discuss what will be done in the next Financial Year, when we are doing nothing about what is happening now.
