    "content": "On measures put in place to prepare officers to proceed on retirement, retirement trainings are organised for officers aged 55 years and above. Also, during induction for newly recruited officers, they are encouraged to plan for their early retirement. This is in line with the provisions of the Human Resource Development Policy for Public Service of 2016, which requires all public service organisations to adequately prepare their employees for retirement by developing and implementing customised pre-retirement training programs."
