Kevin Wanyonyi and any other Member should attend so that it becomes routine that they come and respond to such specific issues. More importantly, that one of not adhering to the law is something that even you as a Committee should bring a report here to say that the Cabinet Secretary has admitted to not adhering to the law so that the House can decide what to do in these kinds of situations.
