Because they lost that, one way to promote or compensate for that loss is to ensure that the counties are the ones who manage this on behalf of the communities and it is a very costly thing to this society. In addition, we must promote conservation that involves the communities around there. Once they own and benefit from it, I think it is one of the best things that can be done and, therefore, the proposal is to have it move from public land to community land."
