    "content": " I thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to pay tribute to the late Hon. Richard Kalembe Nguluku Ndile, former Member of Parliament for Kibwezi Constituency. On behalf of the people of Kibwezi West Constituency, my family and on my own behalf, I wish to convey my condolences to the family of the late Hon. Richard Kalembe Ndile, the people of Kibwezi, the entire nation, his relatives, friends and political colleagues, during this difficult time of mourning of our departed leader, who was popularly known as “ mtoto wa squatter” .
