    "content": "morning. It is only fair that, that happens that way. Members will also be able to visit various Government offices to conduct constituency work in the mornings. The HBC will prioritise Private Members’ business on Thursday afternoons. There are very many Private Members’ Bills. The HBC did take note of the fact that - and that is why there is no evening sittings—usually Thursday we tend to suffer a great deal when we have evening sittings because committees also have to travel to various parts of the country. It is for that reason that the HBC felt that the sitting be from 2.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. and only dealing with Private Members’ business. I hope those who are in the lounge will take note."
