    "content": "Today I am shocked to learn about the mass and mega wastage of taxpayers’ money through dubious ways. As the Waswahili people say, nyani haoni kundule. They are pointing fingers at the wrong people yet corruption started in this country way back in 1986. Mitihani House is a white elephant project we keep pumping money into every year as the Ministry keeps on colluding with the courts and the contractors so that they can pay little amounts. Imagine a building costing billions of shillings."
