    "content": "As I said, we must strengthen the Government agencies that are responsible such as the Directorate of Criminal Investigations and the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. These agencies must be equipped and allowed to deal with corrupt officers in our departments. If this does not happen, we will continue to witness this at the expense of development and the good things we desire for Kenyans. Unless we manage our resources properly, we will not realise the good things that we desire."
