    "content": "Having said that, I would like to address an issue about the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation. It is such an important Ministry for our country. We have seen cases of importation of maize and the collapse of industries within the agriculture sector. We have seen problems in the coffee and the sugar industries. I am waiting for the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock to table a report so that we can have the Sugar Bill go into the Second Reading."
