Would I be in order to request that in areas where most of us have interest, you allow more time for Members to speak? Otherwise, if we will continue like this, could we withdraw from the House? Land is an emotive issue and very crucial to some of us. It forms part of this Constitution and is very important to some of us. So, could you give us more time so that we can say what we want to say?"
