    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Hon. Serem is my neighbour in the village, but he is now behaving like a first-term Member of Parliament. If one has never spoken in Parliament, the only thing they do is to stand and raise the issue of lack of quorum. Hon. Serem, as a good neighbour who was also known to my father, should behave like the adult that he is and as a good legislator. I do not know why he is behaving like a newcomer or an armature. All the matters are here and we will debate them here and agree on them here on the Floor of the House and not when we are out."
