Temporary Deputy Speaker, on the issue of alternatives to debt, I thank the National Treasury for its aggressive push towards Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) so that some of these capital projects can be funded through the PPPs rather than from the Exchequer. The Bill on the PPPs is in this House and we hope Members will support it so that we can go the PPP direction on some of the major investments."
