    "content": "In terms of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), the allocation, under planning, of Kshs41.7 billion, the Committee has made a recommendation for an increase. We will be discussing that when we come to the Committee of Supply. Our people rely mostly on what they can reach easiest, which is the NG-CDF. Every corner in the country you go to, you will see that NG-CDF is doing what it was meant to do. The same goes for the National Government Affirmative Fund (NGAF).
