    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity so that I can make remarks on behalf of our Committee. At the outset, we acknowledge the tireless work done by the BAC of running through all the 47 counties. It took a lot of hard work and we appreciate the input they got from those counties. This is the fourth annual budget to be prepared in the second term of the Jubilee administration, under the economic transformation agenda, which now puts emphasis on the Big Four Agenda. We are hoping that this Budget will help us achieve that. The success of the Big Four Agenda will help the country to raise the kind of money that we are looking for to create employment opportunities for the many unemployed youth. It will also boost the economy so that we have a bigger cake to share from, as opposed to what we have at the moment, where all of us are struggling to get a pie of what we have already exhausted. You can only give what you have and when you do not have, wisdom demands that you get a way of increasing that which you have so that you can have something to give out."
