That one has come out very clearly. Apart from the Mtihani House that was started in 1986 and is ongoing and we still allocate money to it; apart from other programmes that allocations have been raised from Kshs 18 million, all the way to Kshs 200 million and we have not yet finished paying, we still have a balance of 70 million, there is this issue of Standard Gauge Railway (SGR). The media used to say that the SGR is a rail to nowhere. I did not believe them until I followed Phase 2B of the SGR. It ended up in a remote area called Emurtoto. Emurtoto is one shopping center that has one shop and one butchery. If ‘rail to nowhere’ does not mean that, I do not know what it means."
