    "content": "I finish my contribution by saying that we will support every idea that brings in more money to the State-funded universities. We have universities in this country that do not have enough resources to complete their projects. In the wisdom of my Committee, we allocated Kshs550 million to support Taita Taveta University to finish their mining land project that requires Kshs80 million to be complete. To start with, we have Kshs50 million that will go to the university to make sure that land will be utilised."
