    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. You have heard the Assistant Minister talk about the water hyacinth being a purifier of water. It is not more than three months ago when the Assistant Minister promised to get rid of the water hyacinth in Lake Victoria. He said he had US$100,000 to eradicate water hyacinth, which is stopping fishermen from fishing. It is also stopping women from fishing. It is stopping the youth from doing their daily chores on the lake. When will the Assistant Minister give us that money to eradicate water hyacinth ?"
