    "content": "The petitioners are content that while Hon. Chief Justice has continued to enroll practising advocates from other member States of the East African Community (EAC) to the role of advocates of the High Court of Kenya, those from Rwanda and Burundi are excluded and discriminated against which is contrary to the spirit of the EAC integration which is espoused in the EAC Treaty which is duly ratified and domesticated in Kenya. The petitioners are concerned that all efforts to have the matter resolved through the LSK, the office of the Attorney-General and the Cabinet Secretary (CS) in charge of the EAC have not been fruitful."
