I hope the Committee will hasten and make sure that we amend the relevant law, so that we can incorporate and allow our advocates to practise across the borders. Even if Burundi and Rwanda do not allow advocates from Kenya to practise, let us allow the brothers from those countries to come here and see what we do and they will open up for us tomorrow."
