If you listened to the content of that Petition, among other things they are raising in that Petition is that the law which was passed in 2012 was only faulted by the court and declared unconstitutional on the grounds that there was no public participation. I believe Hon. Millie Odhiambo, Hon. Aden Duale, Hon. Olago Aluoch and Hon. Kimunya, among others were in the 10th Parliament.
