    "content": "I also wish to commend the good work that was done by the Departmental Committee on Education and Research. They have allocated funds to recruit 5000 new teachers. The recommendation is that their recruitment will be done at the constituency level. Seventy per cent of those teachers should come from that constituency. We expect this recommendation to be implemented fully, so that our people from the constituency who have graduated and have Teachers Service Commission (TSC) numbers can be employed by the Ministry of Education, so that they can play a critical role."
