    "content": "The other reason is the issue of stalled projects. Across the country, we have stalled projects. They have been totaled up. The amount of money that has been invested in all the stalled projects in the country amounts to Kshs9 trillion. That is close to the GDP of this country. The GDP of this country is now at Ksh11 trillion. About Kshs9 trillion of our money has been put in projects that do not add value to the economy. The projects have been started. Some are 40, 60 or 70 per cent complete. We still start initiating new projects, yet we have projects that have been started and no one is ready to complete them so that they can create value and wealth in the economy. How else then would we pay the loans that we have taken to start the projects, if they are not completed to add value to the economy? It is an irresponsibility that we must address."
