    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I also rise to contribute to this Motion on the approval of the Budget Estimates and the Committee’s Report. Let me begin by thanking the Budget and Appropriations Committee. As the Chairperson emeritus, I appreciate the enormous work that Members sat through during this period. It is a very stressing time for them and they, indeed, dedicate a lot of their time from their busy schedules in the constituencies to commit to this work of budget-making process.
