    "content": "The estimates come against the background of not only COVID-19, but also an increase in the crime rate in the country. I thank the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee for the good Report. I thank the Members of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security for the many hours they have put in to consider the estimates. I am happy to note that significant resources have been allocated to the State Department of Interior and Coordination of National Government and other departments we oversee as a Committee. The resources may not be adequate, but we focused on certain key thematic areas, which I would like to highlight to the House."
